Fasciani’s robust experience in HR management spans over two decades, encompassing leadership roles in talent strategy, development, and employee engagement. Her tenure as People and Culture Manager at Furō has positioned her to take on this expanded leadership role, ensuring the alignment of HR policies with Furō’s mission to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes for clients.
Angie Fasciani began her career as a Human Resources Officer at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, where she contributed to HR infrastructure development and employee training. She then joined Damovo, a telco startup, as HR Consultant, where she designed HR policies and managed the payroll system. Following the company’s acquisition by Telstra, she advanced to National HR Manager, leading integration processes and coaching teams through change.
Fasciani’s expertise deepened during her time at Transurban as Senior HR Consultant, where she developed employee engagement programs and diversity strategies. She then moved to McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG), serving in roles such as Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager – Shared Services, and ultimately National Talent Acquisition Manager, where she built strategic talent pipelines and spearheaded recruitment innovations.
At Contino, a Cognizant company, Fasciani held pivotal roles including Senior People Manager, APAC, leading initiatives in employee experience, diversity, and talent development across the Asia-Pacific region. Her work positioned her as a leader in creating agile, high-performing teams.
