Gauteng, South Africa, December 2024 – Nomsa Mngadi has joined De Beers Group as Head of People Services: Southern Africa. In this critical role, Nomsa will oversee strategic HR initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, workforce development, and operational efficiency across Southern Africa.
Before joining De Beers Group, Nomsa was Group Head: HR Operations at Avacare Health Group, where she led HR transformation initiatives across multiple regions for over two years, driving workforce optimization and change management.
Previously, she served as Human Resources Director at Industroclean South Africa, where her leadership was instrumental in reshaping the company’s HR operations, implementing reward and recognition programs, and introducing process improvements that boosted morale and reduced costs.
Nomsa has also held HR leadership roles at Cell C and DStv Media Sales, where she managed critical HR functions, including industrial relations, performance management, and employee engagement, earning recognition for her ability to drive organizational change.
Her early career includes impactful roles at Merchants, Quest Staffing Solutions, NT Ngidi Consulting, and Kelly Services, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and HR strategy execution.
