Before joining Groome, Moschella served as Vice President of Human Resources for IBM Consulting’s Global Strategy and M&A, where she played a pivotal role in merger and acquisition activities, ensuring seamless integration of talent and maintaining cultural coherence. Her strategic input was instrumental in aligning workforce strategy with business objectives, marking significant milestones in IBM Consulting’s growth trajectory.
Additionally, Moschella’s leadership at IBM Consulting Americas as Vice President of Human Resources demonstrated her ability to manage large-scale organizational changes, including talent management and operational efficiency improvements. This experience, combined with her tenure as Senior Director and HR Lead at Cognizant Digital Business, where she led HR initiatives for the AI and Analytics business unit, has equipped her with a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities in managing a dynamic workforce in the technology and services sectors.
Moschella’s diverse background also includes notable roles at Accenture, where she served as Global HR Business Partner for Accenture Digital.
