Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Gunjan Srivastava has started a new position as CEO and Managing Director at Mirc Electronics Limited (Onida). In this leadership role, he will steer the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth agenda of one of India’s most iconic consumer electronics brands.
Prior to this appointment, Gunjan served as Chief Executive Officer – UK & Ireland at BSH Home Appliances – UK & Ireland for nearly six years, leading business transformation, growth, and profitability initiatives across the region. Earlier, as Head – Region Asia Pacific at BSH Household Appliances Group, he was responsible for the Asia Pacific business, based in Singapore, driving regional strategy and expansion.
He also served as MD and CEO of Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Manufacturing Pvt Ltd in India, where he focused on sales and profit growth, market share expansion, brand building, service network enhancement, and local supply footprint development across India and neighboring markets.
Earlier in his career, Gunjan held senior leadership roles at Sennheiser Electronics India Pvt Ltd as Managing Director, and at Philips Electronics India Ltd and Philips Consumer Lifestyle globally, where he led major transformation and change management programs including the global “Rhythm and Blues” marketing transformation initiative, delivering significant productivity improvements and organizational integration across emerging markets.
His early leadership journey includes roles at Gillette India Ltd., Wipro Consumer Products, and entrepreneurial experience with Open Minds Education. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, one of India’s premier management institutions.
