Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, October 2024 – Gweneth Kaminskas has been named the new Chief People Officer at Blue Alliance, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) investment company. In her new role, Gweneth will lead the company’s people strategy, including recruitment, retention, and talent development, while fostering company growth and preserving Blue Alliance’s core values and employee engagement.
Before joining Blue Alliance, Gweneth served as a Senior HR Advisor at Intalegence, a People Solutions firm based in Chicago that caters to private equity and venture capital firms. Over her 8-month tenure, she worked closely with portfolio companies to provide HR and talent advisory, leadership development, and culture transformation, playing a pivotal role in helping firms optimize their people strategies.
Prior to Intalegence, Gweneth was the Vice President of Human Resources at Sterling Bay, where she spent over 2 years building a high-performing employee base and driving a company culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and performance. In this role, she served as a strategic HR consultant across all employee levels.
Earlier in her career, Gweneth held HR leadership positions at Flexpoint Ford and Willis Towers Watson (WTW), where she facilitated HR operations and provided strategic guidance for business growth. At WTW, she worked as an HR Business Partner, enhancing employee experiences for the Insurance, Risk, and Reinsurance sectors in North America.
With a strong track record of leading HR teams across multiple industries, Gweneth brings a wealth of experience in HR strategy, employee engagement, and business development, positioning her well to support Blue Alliance’s growth and scaling efforts.
