With over two decades of experience across HR strategy, learning and development, and organizational transformation, she brings a deep understanding of aligning people practices with business growth.
Before stepping into her new role, Haidy served as Group Director of HR & Organizational Development at Contact Financial Holding for nearly four years, where she played a key role in strengthening leadership pipelines, optimizing organizational structures, and embedding a culture of continuous learning. Her strategic initiatives contributed significantly to building an engaged and future-ready workforce.
Earlier, she spent over two decades at PETROJET, a leading engineering and construction firm, where she grew through multiple leadership roles — including L&D General Manager, Assistant General Manager for Vocational & Specialty Training, and Technical Training Department Head. Her tenure of nearly 21 years at PETROJET reflects her deep expertise in workforce development, leadership capability building, and institutional learning design.
In parallel, Haidy has been a Lecturer of Business Administration at ESLSCA University since 2019, sharing her practical industry insights with future business leaders and contributing to academic excellence.
Her early career included roles such as Public Relations Specialist and Human Resources Specialist, through which she developed a holistic understanding of employee engagement, communications, and talent management fundamentals that continue to inform her leadership today.
