Istanbul, Turkey, April 2025 – Halit Ozgur Dural has been appointed as Vice President, Global Corporate Clients – Turkey & CIS at JPMorganChase. In this role, Halit will lead strategic engagements and relationship management for key corporate clients across Turkey and the Commonwealth of Independent States, contributing to the firm’s continued regional growth and service excellence.
Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Halit Ozgur Dural served at SACE for nearly nine years, most recently as Senior Relationship Manager for Europe, Turkey & Central Asia, where he oversaw strategic partnerships and regional market development. During this tenure, he also held a dual-hatted role at the Serbia Office, expanding the firm’s influence in the Balkans.
Before his time at SACE, Halit spent eight years at ING in various leadership roles, including Associate in Structured Finance and Corporate Banking, where he played a pivotal role in business development, operational excellence, and retail banking management across Turkey.
Earlier in his career, he began his professional journey as a Business Development Specialist at Türkiye Kurumsal Yönetim Derneği, gaining foundational experience in governance and strategic outreach.
