Pune, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Honeywell Sundyne India has announced the appointment of Prachi Paranjape as India Leader HRBP, where she will also serve as Head of HR & Admin for the India Global Capability Centre (GCC) and India Supply Chain (ISC). With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Prachi brings a strong combination of strategic vision, digital transformation expertise, and people-first leadership to her new role.
At Honeywell, Prachi has led key digital HR transformation initiatives across APAC, driving process improvements and implementing advanced solutions through Salesforce and ServiceNow. Her leadership has significantly enhanced employee experience while strengthening HR analytics, talent management, and organizational development frameworks aligned with business priorities.
Before assuming her new position, she served as HRH Leader – APAC at Honeywell, where she oversaw the successful transition of the HR Contact Center from Manila to Bengaluru. She built operational resilience, refined workflows, and improved digital adoption across the region through omnichannel strategies and AI-enabled tools such as chatbots and self-service portals.
Earlier in her career, Prachi spent five years at Capgemini, holding multiple leadership roles including Lead HRBP and Lead Employee Engagement COE, where she partnered with business units to drive talent retention, compliance audits, and succession planning across large technology portfolios. Prior to this, she was with Infosys, managing HR operations, performance management, and engagement programs as Assistant Manager HRBP and Team Lead HRBP, supporting global engineering teams.
Prachi began her professional journey with Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL) as a Graduate Management Trainee, followed by an internship at Union Bank of India, where she gained foundational HR experience. Her diverse experience across technology, consulting, and manufacturing sectors uniquely positions her to lead Honeywell Sundyne India’s HR transformation agenda, focusing on building a digital-first and high-engagement workplace culture that supports business excellence.
