Baku, Azerbaijan, May 2026 – Fatima Mammadova has started her new role as Chief Talent Acquisition & IT Recruitment Specialist at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, marking an important step in her growing HR and recruitment leadership journey. In this role, she will lead talent acquisition initiatives, particularly focusing on IT hiring, while supporting the agency’s broader digital transformation and innovation agenda.
Fatima Mammadova joins the Innovation and Digital Development Agency with progressive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. Most recently, she served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency, where she partnered with business leaders to drive hiring strategies, streamlined recruitment processes, and strengthened employer branding initiatives.
Prior to this, she held the role of Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same organization, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while also supporting internship programs and maintaining talent pipelines.
Her experience also includes project-based roles such as Airport Operations Assistant at COP29 Azerbaijan, where she coordinated high-profile international delegate logistics, and an HR Business Partner Intern role at PASHA Insurance OJSC, where she contributed to recruitment, assessments, and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, she worked across roles in HR coordination, public relations, and workforce management, including engagements with Baku City Circuit Operations Company, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and Baku Medical Plaza, building a strong foundation in HR, operations, and stakeholder coordination.
With a growing track record in recruitment strategy and talent management, Fatima brings strong capabilities in building efficient hiring processes and supporting organizational growth.
