New Delhi, India, May 2026 – Rishabh Gupta has started his new position as Chief Business Officer at Fitelo, marking a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial and product leadership journey. In this role, he will drive business growth, scale operations, and strengthen Fitelo’s position in the fast-growing digital health and wellness space.
Rishabh Gupta joins Fitelo’s leadership team after serving as Vice President – Commerce, where he led the company’s D2C wellness business with full P&L ownership and growth responsibility. His elevation reflects his strong impact in scaling revenue, optimizing business performance, and driving customer-centric growth strategies.
In parallel, he is the Founder of Claymint, where he built a profitable D2C furniture brand, expanded operations across multiple countries, and developed in-house platforms for e-commerce and operations, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial acumen.
Earlier, he worked as a Product Manager at Innovaccer, where he led the development of analytics-driven products to help organizations derive actionable insights. Prior to that, he held a similar role at Ola, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and personalization through data-driven product innovations.
He began his career as a Component Design Engineer at Intel, where he contributed to the design of server chip components, building a strong technical foundation.
Rishabh holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and has demonstrated excellence in multiple strategy and marketing case competitions during his academic journey.
