Heather’s career in human resources is distinguished by her roles at Snowflake, where she served as Director of HR. During her time there, she led Training and Development for Managers and played a pivotal role in building and managing the Snowflake Employee Talent Brand. This role underscored her expertise in enhancing employee relations and developing strategic HR initiatives that align with high-tech industry demands.
Before her impactful work at Snowflake, Heather was part of ServiceNow’s HR team, contributing significantly to supporting Product Line Sales and Solution Engineering Teams. Her comprehensive skills in employee relations and strategic HR planning were evident as she supported these crucial divisions within ServiceNow, further establishing her reputation in the tech industry as a human resources strategist.
