Manama, Bahrain, July 2024 – Hanan AlAli has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company BSC. With a wealth of experience in human resources and business transformation, Hanan brings a strong track record of leadership and strategic HR management to her new role.
Hanan AlAli joins Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company after her role as Head of Human Resources and Administration at The Family Office Company BSC (c), where she served for approximately 3 months. Prior to this, she was the Manager HR & Business Transformation at ASRY, where she led HR initiatives for nearly 2 years.
Hanan spent a significant part of her career at Gulf Air, holding various positions over a span of nearly 11 years, including Manager Talent Development and Manager HR Business Partner. She also co-founded Mentor Technologies Solution-Bahrain, providing software and hardware consultation services.
Her early career includes roles such as Head Helpdesk and Services at CrediMax B.S.C, Head Dammam Female Branch at Arab Open University – Saudi Arabia, and IT Helpdesk and Development Specialist at Bahrain Radio & Television Corporation.

Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company BSC, widely known as “Bahrain Credit,” was established on August 29, 1983, under Bahrain’s Commercial Companies Law 1975. Initially formed as a closed company with an authorized capital of BD 10,000,000 and issued capital of BD 5,000,000, the company aimed to specialize in finance. In 1993, it became a public shareholding company with an authorized capital of BD 50,000,000 and issued capital of BD 11,000,000.
