Stockholm, Sweden, August 2024 – Hanna Falk has been appointed as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Instabee. In her new role, Hanna will lead the people and culture function, focusing on aligning HR strategies with Instabee’s growth objectives, fostering a culture of innovation, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Prior to joining Instabee, Hanna Falk was Interim HR/People & Culture/CPO/CHRO for two years. During this period, she provided strategic HR leadership to various organizations, focusing on cultural transformation and leadership development.
Before that, Hanna served as the CHRO/Head of People & Culture at Iver Sverige for over three years. She played a critical role in driving HR initiatives that supported the company’s rapid expansion and organizational change.
Earlier in her career, she was the Senior Director, HR Business Partner Electrolux IT Solutions at Electrolux Group. In this position, Hanna led HR operations that supported Electrolux’s IT solutions, contributing to the company’s digital transformation.
In addition to these roles, Hanna has held senior HR positions at Ericsson, TeliaSonera, Apoteket AB, and the Ministry of Defence of Sweden. Her extensive experience spans across HR strategy, leadership development, change management, and organizational culture.
