Owasso, Oklahoma, United States , June 2025 – Hannah Colbey has been appointed as Vice President of Operations, People and Client Success at Totalis. In this strategic leadership role, Hannah will be responsible for driving operational excellence, shaping people strategy, and elevating the client success experience across Totalis’s expanding platform of specialty program underwriting solutions.
Prior to joining Totalis, Hannah Colbey was with NFP, an Aon company, where she held progressive leadership roles including Assistant Vice President, Strategic Operations. In these roles, she managed brokerage teams, mentored managers, led process improvements, and worked closely with corporate leadership to drive compliance, client strategy, and operational effectiveness.
Previously, Hannah was with OneDigital, where she advanced from Benefits Consultant to Senior Benefits Consultant. She led consulting teams, developed training programs, enhanced workflow efficiency, and worked closely with business owners and HR leaders across multiple states to implement creative benefit solutions.
Earlier, Hannah served as Account Manager at Northwestern Mutual, where she managed employee benefit packages for small employers, providing annual renewal and compliance consulting. She was also Human Resources Manager at Sherman Dixie Concrete Industries, handling HR, payroll, and accounting tasks for multiple locations, and Accounting Manager at Max Trans LLC, where she managed payroll, accounts, and new hire training.
