Leeds, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Hannah Jones has been appointed as Director of People Operations at Radar Healthcare, where she will continue to lead the company’s people strategy, culture, and organisational development during a pivotal stage of growth and expansion.
Hannah has been an integral part of Radar Healthcare since 2022, most recently serving as Head of People & Culture. She was the company’s first People hire, building the function from the ground up as the organisation scaled rapidly from 50 employees through a successful private equity growth investment. Her leadership in employee engagement, performance management, international people operations, and cultural transformation helped Radar earn recognition as a UK Best Workplace 2023, UK Best Workplace in Tech 2023, and UK Best Workplace for Wellbeing 2024.
Before joining Radar Healthcare, Hannah was People Manager at White Cross Vets, where she played a central role in shaping people strategy across 21 veterinary practices and supporting a workforce of over 300. She led the People team, partnered with leaders on employee relations, and supported the organisation through the pandemic, contributing to White Cross Vets being named one of the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For.
Earlier, Hannah served as HR Manager at Paragon Creative, where she established the HR function and introduced strong compliance, governance, and recruitment processes. She also supported workforce development and complex change initiatives, including redundancies.
Her career began with roles at Alumasc Water Management Solutions and other organisations, where she gained foundational HR and payroll experience, laying the groundwork for her later leadership in people operations and strategy.
