Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, November 2025 — N K Proteins Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Ravivandan Vaja as Associate Vice President – Group Human Resources. In this new role, he will lead the group’s human resources function, shaping people strategy, culture, and organizational development initiatives across business verticals in India and beyond.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Mr. Vaja brings a strong and diverse background spanning Pharma, Jewellery, Flexible Packaging, Renewables, Glass, and FMCG sectors across India and the UAE. His extensive cross-industry exposure uniquely positions him to strengthen N K Proteins’ people-first philosophy and build sustainable growth through talent excellence and cultural alignment.
Before joining N K Proteins, Mr. Vaja served as General Manager – HR (Group Head HR) at Vishakha Polyfab Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw HR strategy for corporate and manufacturing units across India, driving organizational efficiency and people engagement across renewables, solar glass, and flexible packaging businesses.
Earlier, he was AGM – HR (Global HR Head) at Scion International LLC, where he led global HR operations for the group’s Perfume, Color Cosmetics, and Personal Care divisions. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Amanta Healthcare Ltd., and Sundyota Numandis Group of Companies, where he played a key role in building robust HR systems, driving performance culture, and steering HR transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
Mr. Vaja’s strategic vision, people-centric leadership, and ability to drive large-scale change will play a pivotal role in advancing the Group HR agenda and reinforcing N K Proteins’ position as one of India’s most respected and progressive organizations in the edible oil sector.
