London, England, United Kingdom, October 2025 – Walr, a leading data collection and technology partner to the world’s top insights creators, has announced the appointment of Hannah Morgan as its new Head of People. In her new role, Hannah will lead Walr’s people strategy—driving talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives to support the company’s continued global growth.
Hannah Morgan brings over a decade of experience in people operations, organizational transformation, and business process optimization, having built a career distinguished by versatility, innovation, and cross-functional leadership across technology, security, and analytics sectors.
Before joining Walr, Hannah served as Head of People & Operations at Ori, where she played a pivotal role in scaling people practices and operational frameworks across the organization. During her tenure, she also held the additional responsibility of Acting Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where she oversaw the implementation of information security and compliance systems. Her leadership focused on fostering a culture of transparency, growth, and inclusion while ensuring robust process and risk management.
Earlier at XV Security, a cybersecurity startup serving clients across Sub-Saharan Africa, Hannah was responsible for designing and implementing all core operational policies and HR frameworks during the company’s formative stage. She built foundational processes across employee engagement, system management, and information security, ensuring the startup’s agility and compliance.
Previously, Hannah spent nearly three years at Q Assure Build Ltd as Company Manager & PA, where she managed operational and administrative functions for the firm’s structural defects warranty division. Prior to that, she worked at Logikk, a data and analytics recruitment consultancy in London, as Operations Manager & PA, where she strengthened internal systems and streamlined workflow efficiency across departments.
Hannah began her professional journey at SAS, a global leader in analytics, where she served as Business Operations Specialist and Database Management Executive for over three years. Her early career at SAS helped her build deep expertise in data-driven operations, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement—skills that continue to shape her strategic HR leadership today.
Beyond her corporate roles, Hannah has actively contributed to the community as a Section Assistant with the 18th Maidenhead Scouts Group, supporting youth leadership development through mentorship and volunteering.
