In her new role, Hannah will lead gategroup’s global talent acquisition strategy—driving workforce planning, recruitment innovation, and leadership hiring across its extensive international operations. Her appointment reflects gategroup’s continued commitment to attracting and developing world-class talent to power its global growth and operational excellence.
Hannah brings over two decades of experience in recruitment leadership, workforce strategy, and talent management across both global enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, she served as Co-Founder of Talent Guardian, a consultancy that partnered with major household brands and high-growth startups to deliver talent mapping, search, and data-driven hiring solutions. Under her leadership, the firm helped clients enhance their employer branding and optimize hiring decisions through real-time market insights and pipeline intelligence.
Before co-founding Talent Guardian, Hannah held senior leadership roles at TeamJobs, where she was Managing Director and previously Head of Permanent & Specialist Recruitment. She led high-performing recruitment teams across the UK, managing hiring for diverse sectors including marketing, HR, IT, engineering, and finance. Hannah’s strategic focus on data-led hiring and market mapping helped TeamJobs strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner for clients across start-ups and large enterprises.
Earlier, Hannah spent nearly a decade with ManpowerGroup, holding multiple leadership positions including Head of Marketing & Creative Recruitment (UK) and Executive Recruitment Manager. During her tenure, she specialized in building sector-focused recruitment practices, leading national search and selection projects, and delivering customized resourcing solutions across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience at Manpower solidified her reputation for aligning recruitment strategy with business transformation goals.
She began her career with Kelly Services and Search Recruitment, where she managed branch operations and developed innovative coaching and consulting programs for recruiters, helping regional teams achieve consistent sales growth and client satisfaction. Her early experience in both agency and corporate environments provided a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, leadership development, and talent ecosystem design.
