London, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Hannah Soye has joined Haiilo as the Chief People and Culture Officer, bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience to the company. In her new role, Hannah will lead Haiilo’s global people strategy, focusing on aligning the workforce with the company’s vision, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of productivity and innovation.
Prior to joining Haiilo, Hannah Soye served as the Head of People at Netwealth, where she spent almost two years implementing and managing people strategies that contributed to the growth of the company.
Before Netwealth, Hannah was the Chief People Officer at Bink for nearly four years, where she helped scale the fintech company and supported its innovative loyalty technology initiatives. Her work in building a people-centric culture was instrumental in Bink’s success.
Hannah also ran her own consultancy firm, Evelyn Consulting Ltd, for nearly two years, advising a portfolio of startup businesses on HR strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at American Express Global Business Travel, where she served as Director – HR Business Partner for EMEA & Global Groups, and at American Express, where she was an HR Business Partner. She also held various HR leadership positions at RED Driving School and Morgans Hotel Group.
