Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Harish Bhatia has been appointed as Head of RPO & Projects, India at Korn Ferry, where he will spearhead the firm’s fast-growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing and project-based talent solutions business in the country.
Harish has been with Korn Ferry for over 16 years, building a distinguished career across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and India. Most recently, he served as Partner and Marquee Accounts Leader for Korn Ferry India, leading strategic client partnerships across multiple lines of business including Talent Acquisition, Advisory, and Digital services. In this role, he successfully drove growth from marquee accounts, which contributed significantly to Korn Ferry’s India revenues.
Previously, he was Vice President, KF Digital, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, where he led a US$60 million digital platforms business across India, China, Japan, Australia, Singapore, and other emerging Asian markets. He also served as Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa, guiding Korn Ferry’s digital platforms business in the region and playing a key role in integrating operations following Korn Ferry’s acquisition of Hay Group.
Harish also co-founded CLEANOVO, a retail fabric care brand in India, after earlier supporting the launch of the French global chain 5àsec in the country. His entrepreneurial experience in retail and textile care underscores his versatility in managing businesses across industries.
He began his career with consulting roles at Deloitte in the United States, where he worked on business process reengineering and ERP implementation projects, before moving into HR consulting at Hay Group in the Middle East. Earlier, he also gained operational leadership experience with the Apparel Group, managing global retail brands such as MANGO, ALDO, and Bally in India.
With his deep expertise in strategic leadership, P&L management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement, Harish is expected to accelerate Korn Ferry’s RPO and project delivery capabilities, supporting clients in India with scalable and innovative workforce strategies.
