Gurugram, Haryana, India,April 2025 — Harleen Bhatti has been appointed as Vice President – D2C at Honasa Consumer Ltd., the digital-first house of brands behind names like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., and Aqualogica. In her new role, Harleen will spearhead direct-to-consumer strategy and growth, leveraging over a decade of experience in performance marketing, customer analytics, CRM, and digital innovation.

Prior to joining Honasa Consumer, Harleen served as Vice President – D2C at Wellbeing Nutrition, where she led high-impact growth initiatives and scaled digital operations with measurable efficiency. Her brief but impactful tenure saw the brand strengthen its online presence in a highly competitive wellness market.

Earlier, she held the position of AVP Growth – Online Marketing, Retention, CRM & Analytics at The Good Glamm Group, where she led a large D2C team managing performance marketing, customer engagement, and product-led growth. Her leadership contributed to over 60% of the group’s total revenue, and she played a pivotal role in optimizing the LTV:CAC ratio while ensuring profitable growth.
