Earlier, she held the position of AVP Growth – Online Marketing, Retention, CRM & Analytics at The Good Glamm Group, where she led a large D2C team managing performance marketing, customer engagement, and product-led growth. Her leadership contributed to over 60% of the group’s total revenue, and she played a pivotal role in optimizing the LTV:CAC ratio while ensuring profitable growth.
At Lenskart.com, Harleen drove CRM innovation and omni-channel customer retention strategies, generating an impressive 4X ROI from CRM efforts and laying the foundation for scalable customer data platforms (CDPs). Her expertise also extends to digital outreach, campaign optimization, and A/B testing — skills honed across roles at CureFit, Capillary Technologies, KPMG, and PwC.
