Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Harpal Singh Sahute has joined CapitaLand Data Center, a prominent global player in the data center and real estate sector, as General Manager, Global and Strategic Business & Alliances. In this newly assumed leadership role, Harpal will spearhead global partnerships and strategic business initiatives, aligning with CapitaLand’s vision of scalable and sustainable infrastructure solutions for the digital economy.
Before joining CapitaLand, Harpal served for over five years as Head – Enterprise and Global Business at AdaniConneX, where he was responsible for driving enterprise solutions and managing global client relationships in the data center domain. He played a key role in expanding the company’s enterprise portfolio and building strategic customer alliances.
Prior to AdaniConneX, Harpal worked at Reliance Communications for over seven years as Business Head – Enterprise, where he was instrumental in leading regional enterprise business operations and growth. His contributions included business planning, account development, and regional leadership across major telecom and data infrastructure projects.
Earlier, Harpal held key roles in Tulip Telecom as Regional Head – Channel Development, and Tata Teleservices as Geography Head, where he led go-to-market strategies, distribution expansion, and enterprise sales in competitive markets.
He began his career at Bharti Airtel Limited as Assistant Manager, gaining foundational experience in telecom sales and customer engagement.
Harpal holds a Senior Management Program certificate from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai.
