Miami, Florida, United States, December 2024 – Alice Enriquez has stepped into the role of Director, Human Resources at Royal Caribbean Group, bringing nearly a decade of diverse HR experience within the organization. In her new position, Alice will oversee HR strategies and operations supporting Newbuild & Innovation, Global Marine, and Global Safety, Security, and Environment (SSE) functions, reinforcing the company’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
Alice has been a vital part of Royal Caribbean Group for over 9 years, progressively advancing through pivotal HR roles. Before her recent promotion, she served as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, where she played a key role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Prior to that, Alice held positions as Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Lead, Corporate Talent Acquisition, where she led recruitment strategies for corporate operations.

Her journey with the Group began as HR Corporate Recruiter, where she demonstrated exceptional talent in identifying and onboarding top talent, laying the groundwork for her growth within the organization.
Before joining Royal Caribbean Group, Alice gained valuable experience as Human Resources Generalist at Samsung Electronics, and as Human Resources Coordinator at Costex Tractor Parts and the YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade, Inc., where she honed her expertise in HR coordination and talent acquisition.
