Noida, India November 24th, 2025: Havells India is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrizio Cionfoli as Senior Vice President & Chief Design Officer – CRI CXD. An accomplished global design leader, Mr. Cionfoli will be based at the company’s Head Office in Noida.
Mr. Cionfoli, an Italian national, holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Politecnico di Milano and brings over 25 years of international experience across the USA, Europe, and China. With a distinguished career in home appliances and kitchen environments, he is recognized for his deep expertise in UI design, production processes, and Colours, Materials & Finishes (CMF).
Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and earned several prestigious awards including the iF Design Award, Red Dot, and accolades from ADI. He has also contributed as a jury member and coordinator for global design forums. His previous roles include leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation, KitchenAid, and most recently as Global Design Director across Milano and Shanghai.
In his new role, Mr. Cionfoli will lead Havells’ creative and design strategy, driving innovation and shaping consumer-centric product experiences across the company’s portfolio. His global exposure and design leadership are expected to further strengthen Havells’ commitment to delivering world-class products that combine superior functionality with aesthetic excellence.
