Nashville, Tennessee, United States, February 2026 — HealthTrust Performance Group has appointed Jocelyn Bradshaw as President of GPO Operations, strengthening its executive leadership team as the organization continues to enhance provider performance and clinical excellence across its network.
In her new role, Bradshaw will lead Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) operations, overseeing strategic sourcing, operational performance, supplier partnerships, and value-driven contracting strategies that support approximately 1,800 hospitals and health systems and over 70,000 non-acute sites of care.
Bradshaw has been with HealthTrust Performance Group for more than 12 years. Most recently, she served as COO of GPO Operations, where she drove operational efficiency, supplier alignment, and sourcing transformation initiatives. Prior to that, she held the role of SVP, Strategic Sourcing, leading sourcing strategies and contract optimization programs across healthcare supply chain categories.
Earlier in her career, she served as VP, Supply Chain Management at CCS Medical and VP, Capital Equipment Solutions at Broadlane, building extensive expertise in capital equipment strategy, contracting, and supply chain performance improvement. She began her professional journey with Johnson & Johnson Medical, where she spent a decade in contracts and pricing leadership roles.
With over three decades of experience in healthcare supply chain, contracting strategy, and operational leadership, Bradshaw brings deep industry knowledge and execution excellence to her new presidential mandate.
