Detroit, Michigan, United States, March 2025 – Heather Jackson has been promoted to Senior Director Human Resources at TerrAscend, a leading North American cannabis company. In her expanded leadership role, Heather will continue driving TerrAscend’s people strategy, overseeing HR operations across its cultivation, manufacturing, and retail networks.
Heather has been with TerrAscend for over three years, where she most recently served as Human Resources Director. In this role, she played a key part in enhancing HR practices during the company’s growth across core U.S. markets. Her commitment to employee engagement and organizational culture has positioned her as a strategic leader within the company.

Before joining TerrAscend, Heather worked at Spartan Partner Services as Senior Human Resources Manager, where she was instrumental in developing HR frameworks to support business expansion. She also gained critical operational experience as a Human Resources Specialist with UPS, managing various aspects of employee relations and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Heather served as Human Resources Manager at The Robison Group, where she helped establish HR processes and policies that supported organizational efficiency and workforce development.
