Dallas, Texas, USA – November 2024 – Genpact has appointed Heather Stanton as the new Vice President of People Advisory Services, where she will lead the company’s strategic initiatives around people advisory, change management, and organizational culture. With a wealth of experience in change management and strategic advisory, Heather is set to enhance Genpact’s people development frameworks to drive impactful organizational transformations.

Heather has been with Genpact for nearly four years, initially joining as the Assistant Vice President of Change Management. During this time, she established a specialized change management practice from the ground up, creating tools, templates, and a people-centric approach to change management. Her work included strategic partnerships aimed at supporting humanitarian efforts and engaging industry leaders through a philanthropic hub, positioning Genpact as a pioneer in change-oriented people strategies.

In addition to her role at Genpact, Heather has served as the CEO of Stanton Strategic Advisors for over seven years, where she provided change management consulting services, executive coaching, and strategic advisory to clients. Her consulting work focused on implementing customized change methodologies, branding, and employee engagement initiatives for a range of clients, including nonprofits and commercial entities.

Earlier in her career, Heather gained substantial experience at JLL as a Change Manager, where she implemented structured change management frameworks, conducted stakeholder engagement workshops, and addressed key organizational challenges. Additionally, she held positions at Bobcat Ridge Consulting and Hospice Support Care, where she further developed her skills in communications, partnership development, and strategic initiatives.
