Cairo, Egypt, October 2025 — Heba Moawad has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Kaizen Urban Developments (KUD). In her role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, overseeing all functions including talent acquisition, organizational development, payroll, and employee engagement to support KUD’s ambitious growth in the real estate sector.
Before joining KUD, Heba gained valuable experience as Head of Human Resources at Al-Farid Developments, where she focused on HR restructuring, organizational design, and policy development. She also worked at ROQI Group Developments (RGD) as HR Supervisor, managing recruitment, payroll, OD, and KPI frameworks.
Her career journey includes serving as Senior HR Generalist at Contact Developments and Senior HR Recruiter at EvermarkRealty, where she specialized in recruitment and payroll functions. Earlier, she was HR Generalist at Centro Development Consultant, where she handled multiple HR duties including OD and performance management.
Heba also held HR leadership roles at AL-Meshka and Assafranco Consultancy Services, building expertise in HR coordination, employee relations, and organizational restructuring. She began her professional career at Mansour Group, where she spent over six years in customer service, laying the foundation for her people-centric approach to HR leadership.
