Berlin, Germany, August 2024 – Heleen Hoosemans has been appointed as the new Chief People & Impact Officer at ecoligo. With a wealth of experience in human resources and a strong background in ESG practices, Heleen is set to drive impactful changes both internally and externally for the company.
Heleen Hoosemans has been with ecoligo for 1 year and 2 months. Prior to her promotion, she served as the Head of HR, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Before joining ecoligo, Heleen held several key positions at Syngenta, including HR Manager in Shanghai, China, where she significantly improved employee satisfaction scores and launched China’s first Employee Value Proposition (EVP). She also served as the Global Performance Management Lead in Basel, Switzerland, renewing global performance management policies and leading the development of a new performance management tool.
Heleen’s career began at Shell, where she held multiple roles, including Recruitment Manager, HR Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits Analyst, and Advisor Learning Projects. Throughout her tenure at Shell, she was responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits analysis.
