Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 2024 – Maysoon Dababneh has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer, MENA, at Memac Ogilvy. In this role, she will drive Memac Ogilvy’s People and Culture agenda across the MENA region, further embedding the agency’s “Connected for Creativity” culture and ensuring the continuous attraction, development, and retention of the best talent.
Maysoon Dababneh has been with Memac Ogilvy for over 2 years. Prior to her promotion, she served as the People Director, MENA, where she was instrumental in leading HR initiatives and strategies across the region.
Before joining Memac Ogilvy, Maysoon held the position of Director of Talent at VMLY&R and Head of Talent at GTB for 5 years, where she led talent acquisition and development initiatives. She also worked at JWT as the Talent Manager, Gulf, where she contributed to talent management and development.
Maysoon began her career at Procter & Gamble, managing HR functions for the Petra Group, and later served as Human Resources Manager at Ayla Aviation Academy and HR & Admin Manager at Agility. She also held roles as a Recruitment & Career Development Specialist at Agility and a Recruitment Sr. Officer at Umniah, where she managed various HR processes and recruitment activities.
