In this role, Justin will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and leadership development. Justin Thulien has begun his tenure as the Chief People Officer at WeDriveU, based in San Francisco, California. He will lead HR strategies to drive organizational success and cultivate a culture of productivity and growth.
Prior to joining WeDriveU, Justin served as the Chief People Officer for a healthcare, transportation, and technology company. During his tenure, he increased employee retention by 12%, implemented new hiring systems, and consolidated employee lifecycle systems to create efficiencies. He also led a team of HR professionals and introduced HR processes and policies that enhanced companywide compliance.
Justin also held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Hornblower Group. He managed HR services for the global organization, driving integrations of acquisitions and existing companies into unified platforms and increasing employee engagement. His previous experience includes serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Woodside Hotel Group and the Regional Human Resources Director at Centerplate.
