Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, August 2024 – Anand Rajendran has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer & Chief Information Security Officer at ADK Rage. In this dual role, Anand will lead the company’s human resources strategies and oversee information security initiatives, ensuring a robust and secure digital environment for the organization.
Anand Rajendran has been with ADK Rage for over eight years. Prior to his current promotion, he served as Director – HR for over five years and as Head – HR for nearly three years. Anand has been instrumental in driving HR policies, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives within the organization.
Anand also holds the role of Chief People Officer at ADK Connect Singapore, starting in July 2024. Before this, he was the Director – HR at ADK Connect Singapore for nearly two years.
Before joining ADK Rage, Anand was Sr. Manager – HR at Interakt for two years. He also worked as an HR Consultant for three months, and as Sr. Manager – HR at 2adpro (Ad2pro media solutions pvt ltd.) for over three years. His early career includes roles as Sr. Practice Leader – HR at SGT for over three years and as Senior Executive – HR at Binotech for three years.
