Singapore, March 2026 – minden.ai has appointed Helena O. as Head of Human Resources (HR/Talent), reinforcing its leadership team as the organization continues to scale its AI-driven consumer engagement platform across Southeast Asia.
In her new role, Helena will lead the HR strategy and operations, ensuring strong alignment between people practices and business objectives, while building a high-performance, agile workforce to support the company’s growth in the digital and AI ecosystem.
Helena O. brings a strong track record in HR leadership, particularly in compensation & benefits, talent strategy, and HR transformation. Most recently, she was part of Sheares Healthcare Group, where she led compensation & benefits and HR operations, played a key role in M&A-related HR integration, and implemented systems that enhanced operational efficiency and employee experience.
Prior to this, she served as Head of Compensation & Benefits at China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Limited, where she designed structured compensation frameworks, contributed to executive remuneration discussions, and strengthened workforce planning through integrated HR budgeting and payroll processes.
She also held the role of Global Reward Business Partner (Asia) at Colt Technology Services, where she drove reward strategies, supported DEI initiatives, and ensured governance alignment across global HR frameworks.
Earlier, she worked at BreadTalk Group Ltd as Senior Manager – Group HR COE & C&B Lead, leading talent management, succession planning, and HR policy development, and at DHL as C&B Manager, where she enhanced compensation strategies and implemented performance-linked incentive programs.
Her early career includes roles at A*STAR, Willis Towers Watson, and Manpower Staffing Services, building a strong foundation in talent management, compensation consulting, and recruitment.
