Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 – Greenmark Developers has appointed Arjun Reddy Akkireddy as its Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its footprint in developing premium gated communities and lifestyle-focused real estate projects.
In his new role, Arjun will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness, aligning workforce capabilities with the company’s growth ambitions in the real estate sector.
Arjun Reddy Akkireddy brings over a decade of diverse HR experience across infrastructure, real estate, logistics, and services sectors. Most recently, he served as Regional HR Head – AP & Telangana (General Manager) at Sodexo, where he led end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, HRBP, learning & development, and compliance for the region.
Prior to Sodexo, he spent nearly five years with Aurobindo Realty & Infrastructure Private Limited, where he held roles as Senior Manager – Corporate Human Resources and Manager – HR, leading comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management systems, and organizational processes.
Earlier, he worked with GATI-KWE as HR Manager, managing corporate HR operations, HRMS, disciplinary management, and HR business partnering across business units, gaining strong exposure to operational HR leadership.
He also held roles at SEW Infrastructures Ltd and Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL), where he built foundational expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations, shaping his early career in the infrastructure sector.
