Asia Pacific, September 2025 – Hemanshu Khanna has joined GE Vernova as Executive Director – Talent, APAC Region. In this role, he will advance innovative talent strategies, scale global best practices, and partner with leaders to drive transformation through impactful policies, governance, and people initiatives. His appointment comes as GE Vernova continues its mission of electrification and decarbonization to power the future.
Prior to joining GE Vernova, Hemanshu served as Head of Talent at Worley for the Asia Pacific region for over a year, where he spearheaded talent acquisition and management strategies to strengthen the company’s workforce and align with its global expansion priorities.
Before Worley, Hemanshu was with Accenture as Vice President Human Resources for four years. During this tenure, he led large-scale talent acquisition programs, championed digital adoption in HR, and helped redesign employee experience strategies, particularly during the pandemic when agility, empathy, and adaptability became key differentiators.
Earlier, he spent more than five years at Honeywell in progressive HR leadership roles, managing geographically dispersed teams across multicultural environments. He worked closely with senior business leadership to enable talent growth and supported organizational scale-up across high-growth markets.
Hemanshu began his career with DuPont, where he spent nearly seven years in diverse HR roles, gaining strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and leadership development, building the foundation for his global HR leadership journey.
