Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 — Hemant Kumar Mishra has been appointed as the National Manufacturing Head at Fenesta Windows, a unit of DCM Shriram Ltd. In his new role, he will lead the company’s manufacturing strategy across India, focusing on operational efficiency, process optimization, and driving end-to-end manufacturing excellence aligned with Fenesta’s long-term growth objectives.
Hemant brings with him over 26 years of industry experience spanning automotive, electronics, and chemicals. Prior to joining Fenesta, he was the Manufacturing Director – Asia (India, Malaysia, Japan) at Johnson Matthey, where he managed multi-site operations and implemented strategic initiatives for supply chain optimization. During his tenure, he also played a key role in commissioning greenfield plants, training high-performing teams, and ensuring adherence to global quality and EHS standards.
Earlier in his career, Hemant held senior roles at Hitachi, Honeywell, Delphi Packard Systems, and Motherson Group. His expertise in lean manufacturing, cost control, and productivity enhancement has helped him drive high-impact outcomes across international markets. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Hemant has consistently led cross-functional teams towards achieving operational milestones and certifications such as IATF16949 and IMS.
With this appointment, Fenesta aims to further reinforce its position as India’s leading windows and doors brand by leveraging Hemant’s proven capabilities in manufacturing transformation. His leadership is expected to drive innovation and strengthen the company’s production capabilities in line with its nationwide and global expansion efforts.
