With an extensive background in HR strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development, Het will lead the company’s HR function, focusing on enhancing employee experience, workforce planning, and compliance with industry standards.
Before stepping into the CHRO role, Het Shah served as HR Head at Tridhya Tech Limited, where he spearheaded talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and HR analytics. His leadership was instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business growth and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Prior to joining Tridhya Tech, Het was a Human Resources Leader at Mangalam Information Technologies Private Limited, where he led HR operations, focusing on talent retention, performance management, and employee engagement for over three years.
Earlier in his career, he held key HR leadership positions at Space STEM Private Limited, Analytix Business Solutions, and SoluSoft Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in organizational development, recruitment, and compliance management. His experience also includes working as Talent Acquisition Lead at HLS and Recruitment Consultant at QX Global Group, further strengthening his expertise in hiring strategies and workforce planning.
