Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Himanshu Khanna has been appointed as Group Chief Marketing Officer at CKA Birla Group. In this role, he will lead the group’s overarching brand strategy, accelerate marketing transformation across businesses, and drive consumer-centric, digital-first growth initiatives across its diverse portfolio.
Prior to this appointment, Himanshu served as Chief Marketing Officer at Raymond Limited, where he led the transformation of the $1B Lifestyle business. He restructured the marketing organization to be more consumer-centric and digital-first, carved out a performance marketing function, centralized media buying (delivering significant cost efficiencies), and spearheaded the company’s largest-ever retail expansion with ~300 new stores. He also led brand management across a wide portfolio including Suiting, Shirting, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Parx, Raymond Home, and Ethnix by Raymond.
Earlier, as Business Head (FMCG) at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, he held P&L responsibility for a $90M portfolio, driving turnaround and expansion initiatives. He scaled Too Yumm! significantly, led strategic M&A integration for Apricot Foods, and worked on long-term business planning with Boston Consulting Group.
His career also includes senior leadership roles at Beam Suntory, where he managed a $150M+ P&L across India and South Asia; GSK Nutrition; Wrigley; PepsiCo; Cadbury India Ltd; and Nestle India. Across these organizations, he has led large-scale innovation programs, repositioned iconic brands, delivered strong P&L outcomes, and built market leadership across FMCG and lifestyle categories.
Himanshu holds an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi.
