Delhi, India, September 2025 — Hitesh Parashar has joined Knorr-Bremse India Pvt. Ltd. as Director – Quality RVS India, where he will lead the company’s quality function, strengthen systems, and drive operational excellence across the rail vehicle sector. With nearly two decades of experience, Hitesh brings proven expertise in supplier quality assurance, customer quality assurance, plant quality, and new product development.
Prior to this appointment, Hitesh was associated with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] as Deputy General Manager (DH) – Quality Assurance, where he played a pivotal role in advancing global quality systems and enhancing operational standards across geographies.
Before his tenure at Mahindra & Mahindra, Hitesh worked with the JBM Group (Bus Division) as AGM – Quality Assurance & QS, leading initiatives to elevate product quality and operational efficiency. Earlier, he contributed significantly as Manager – SQA, CQA & NPD at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, gaining extensive expertise in supplier and customer quality assurance.
Hitesh also built his technical foundations through roles at Subros Limited, Visteon Corporation, and The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd., where he sharpened his skills in R&D, plant quality, and engineering systems. An alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Hitesh combines academic strength with practical expertise to drive world-class frameworks.
His appointment marks an important step for Knorr-Bremse India Pvt. Ltd., reinforcing the company’s focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and leadership in the rail vehicle systems sector.
