Atlanta, Georgia, United States, September 2025 — iPipeline has announced the appointment of Holly McGiboney as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With more than two decades of expertise in human resources leadership across financial services, technology, and corporate solutions, Holly brings deep experience in people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation.
Holly joins iPipeline after a significant tenure at Ministry Brands, where she served for over three years in senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Vice President, Human Resources. At Ministry Brands, she played a pivotal role in driving organizational culture, aligning HR practices with business growth, and shaping people programs that supported mission-focused organizations.
Prior to that, Holly was Senior Vice President, HR, People, and Culture at Vesta, where she led culture-building and talent management initiatives during a critical phase of business development. She also served as Head of Human Resources, Americas at DEKRA North America, where she managed HR operations across multiple geographies for one of the world’s largest safety and quality organizations.
Earlier in her career, Holly spent nearly three years as Vice President, Human Resources, North America Fuel Division at FLEETCOR, where she developed and executed people strategy across recruitment, organizational design, and employee engagement for the fintech and fuel industries. Before that, she built a strong career foundation at the Newport Group, where she held progressively senior HR roles for over 11 years, including Vice President, Human Resources and Director, Human Resources. At Newport, she was instrumental in integrating three merged companies, establishing unified HR policies, and implementing HRIS and learning systems that transformed organizational efficiency.
Holly began her career in training and development roles with Tech Books and CDI Corporation, where she focused on recruitment strategies, instructional development, and leadership training programs—laying the groundwork for her later success in HR leadership.
