London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Houria E. has joined Dataiku as the Director of People Operations, bringing extensive expertise in HR transformation, shared services, and global workforce management. In her new role, she will lead people operations strategy, HR process optimization, and employee experience enhancement, supporting Dataiku’s continued global growth.
Prior to joining Dataiku, Houria served as the EMEA HR Shared Services Leader at Fluke Corporation, where she led HR operations across 12 operating companies in 22 countries. She played a pivotal role in HR transformation initiatives, including harmonizing HR and payroll policies, integrating automation tools, and managing post-merger HR transitions to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
Before Fluke Corporation, Houria was Senior Manager, International HR at TMF Group, where she directed global payroll and HR operations across 15 countries. She played a key role in post-M&A HR integration, process standardization, and the implementation of HR systems like Workday and ADP, ensuring alignment with international compliance standards.
Earlier in her career, Houria held leadership roles at HR Path and Horoquartz, specializing in HR transformation, HRIS implementation, and strategic workforce planning. Her experience in HR process audits, talent management, and digital transformation initiatives has positioned her as a leader in global HR operations.
