Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2025 – Shabnam Jaswal has taken on the role of Vice President – People & Culture at ImpactQA, a global leader in software testing and QA consulting. In her new position, she will be driving the company’s people strategy, focusing on culture and engagement, talent development, and organizational transformation to support ImpactQA’s global growth.
Before joining ImpactQA, Shabnam was an Entrepreneur at Jobsdaddy – Sarvaadih Ventures, where she spent over four years redefining HR solutions through recruitment, RPO, interview-as-a-service, and HR outsourcing. She worked closely with businesses to optimize costs, build employer brands, and place senior leaders.
Earlier, she spent nearly eight years at Icreon Communications, where she rose to Senior Manager – HR Operations & Talent Acquisition, overseeing payroll, compliance, compensation, benefits, and training while also leading talent acquisition and organizational initiatives. She successfully built end-to-end training functions and strengthened employer branding through innovative hiring strategies.
Prior to that, Shabnam worked at Corbus India as Manager – Talent Acquisition, where she drove large-scale recruitment strategies for IT, supply chain, and support teams. She also gained early-career experience at NIIT Technologies managing campus and lateral hiring, and at Celebrities Management Pvt. Ltd. as Executive – HR and Admin, where she handled the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Shabnam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from the Indian Institute of Human Rights and a PGDBM in Human Resources Management from the International Management Center, New Delhi.
