Ernakulam, Kerala, India, September 2025 — Imran M has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at INDUS MOTORS CO. (P) LTD, marking a new chapter in his long-standing journey with the organization. In this new capacity, Imran will be spearheading the company’s HR strategy, driving organizational development, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives across its expansive network of automobile retail and service branches.
Imran has been associated with Indus Motors for nearly 14 years, holding several roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as Regional Service Manager, where he played a critical role in overseeing service operations and quality management across key locations. His previous stints at the company include roles such as Workshop Manager and Assistant Workshop Manager & Service Advisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational and people-centric challenges.
Before his return to Indus Motors in 2013, Imran held the role of Marketing Manager at Speed Computers LLC in Muscat, Oman. In that role, he was responsible for marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies in the competitive tech retail landscape of the Gulf region.
His early professional years were rooted in technical and advisory roles at Peninsular Honda and INDUS MOTORS CO. (P) LTD, where he began his career as a Technician. Over time, his journey from the shop floor to the boardroom exemplifies a story of steady growth, adaptability, and deep-rooted commitment to the automotive industry.
