Cupertino, Calif., July 10, 2024 — Indium Software, a rapidly growing, AI-driven digital engineering services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Basab Pradhan as the new Chairman of the Board. Basab Pradhan brings a wealth of experience and a stellar track record in leadership roles and board positions at prominent information technology companies. He has had an illustrious career, having spent over a decade at Infosys, where he rose from front-line sales roles to global Head of Sales and Marketing. More recently, Basab served as member of the Board of Hexaware and as Chairman of the Board of Coforge Ltd.

As Chairman, Basab will oversee the functioning of Indium alongside other board members, including Hari Gopalakrishnan, Partner at EQT, Vijai Raghavan, Head of Operations at EQT, Vijay Balaji, Co-founder of Indium, and Ram Sukumar, Co-founder and CEO of Indium.

Basab is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
