Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Indu Kapoor has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources for the Consulting Business at Infosys. With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Indu will focus on aligning HR initiatives with the strategic goals of the consulting division, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving talent strategies to deliver organizational success.
Indu Kapoor joined Infosys in January 2025 as the Head of HR for its Consulting Business. In this role, she is responsible for designing and implementing people strategies to support business transformation and growth.

Prior to Infosys, she served as Vice President and Head of Business HR at ITC Infotech for nearly four years. Her tenure was marked by her leadership in implementing HR strategies that enhanced employee engagement and aligned business objectives with talent development.
She spent over a decade at EXL, where she held various roles, including VP HR – Global HR Head of Finance and Accounting Vertical, Sr. AVP, and AVP HR for the Travel & Transport Vertical, demonstrating her ability to manage large-scale HR operations and drive organizational transformation.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia), where she served in capacities such as HR Business Partner for R&D, Head of Talent Development, and Head of Skill & Competence Management COE, showcasing her expertise in talent strategy and development.
Indu began her career at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces as an HR Generalist, where she honed her foundational skills in employee relations and HR operations.
