Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Indu Rashmi has been promoted to Head – Human Resources at Acer India, taking the lead on all HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives. With nearly a decade of experience at Acer and a career that spans over 15 years in HR, Indu’s promotion reflects her deep alignment with the company’s values and her consistent leadership in building people-centric strategies.
Prior to this promotion, Indu Rashmi served as Senior Manager – Human Resources (Talent Transformation Head) at Acer India, where she led key initiatives in leadership development, organizational design, and employer branding. Her work significantly enhanced Acer’s talent strategy and performance management framework across India operations.
Before that, she briefly worked at Capco as Manager – Human Capital, where she contributed to digital transformation-focused HR interventions in the financial services domain, deepening her exposure to change management and agile frameworks in people operations.
Earlier in her career at Acer India, Indu held a variety of roles over several years—including Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Executive – Corporate HR—each of which gave her opportunities to drive critical HR functions such as performance management, employee engagement, rewards and benefits, talent acquisition, and communication. She was also the Employer Branding SPOC and played an instrumental role in shaping Acer’s internal culture and HR effectiveness.
She began her professional journey as a Management Trainee and Project Trainee at companies such as Symphony Teleca and Kyocera, where she explored frameworks like Gallup’s Q12 and contributed to HRIS-based projects, laying the groundwork for her long-standing HR career.
