Before that, she briefly worked at Capco as Manager – Human Capital, where she contributed to digital transformation-focused HR interventions in the financial services domain, deepening her exposure to change management and agile frameworks in people operations.

Earlier in her career at Acer India, Indu held a variety of roles over several years—including Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Executive – Corporate HR—each of which gave her opportunities to drive critical HR functions such as performance management, employee engagement, rewards and benefits, talent acquisition, and communication.
