Gurgaon, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Dinesh Dhir has officially stepped into a new role as Vice President & Head HR Operations at Bhartiya Group, furthering his long-standing journey with the company that spans nearly twelve years. In this elevated position, he will continue to oversee and strengthen HR operations across Bhartiya’s multifaceted business verticals including fashion, real estate, SEZs, and infrastructure.
With a tenure at Bhartiya Group since 2013, Dinesh has been instrumental in leading strategic HR initiatives, enabling organizational scalability, and building robust HR frameworks for the Group’s diverse operations — from Bhartiya International in fashion and Bhartiya Urban in city development to Urbanac, ICM, and Bhartiya SEZ. His contributions have laid the groundwork for workforce transformation and high-impact HR service delivery across global and domestic sites.
Before joining Bhartiya, Dinesh served as CHRO at Ambit Pragma Advisors LLP, where he was responsible for crafting HR strategy for the portfolio companies. His earlier career includes significant leadership roles in top-tier companies such as Perfetti Van Melle, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Unilever, where he managed complex HR portfolios including plant HR, sales & marketing HR, and corporate HR functions.
Dinesh began his professional journey with Mafatlal Industries Limited as a Management Trainee and has built a 25+ year career grounded in HR transformation, industrial relations, and operational excellence.
