Ingrida has been associated with Revolut for nearly six years and has held several progressively senior communications leadership positions within the company. Prior to her latest elevation, she served as Senior Communications Manager | CEE, where she led communications initiatives across the Baltics, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Croatia. She earlier worked as Senior Communications Manager | Baltics, helping strengthen the company’s regional communications strategy, media positioning, and market visibility during a period of rapid business growth.
Before joining Revolut, Ingrida spent more than six years with Aviva, where she held roles including Communications Manager and Communications Specialist. During her tenure, she was responsible for developing and overseeing internal and external communications strategies, corporate messaging, media relations, marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Her experience in strategic communications, brand positioning, and corporate storytelling helped strengthen organizational visibility and engagement across the region.
